Item Description

The above pictured advert is NOT A COPY and was taken from an

original magazine published in

1958 and measures approx. 21cm  x 27.5cm (full page ad).

Considering the age of the advertisment, it is in good condition with some minor surface creases and a slight  fold running top to bottom, which when framed would not be so noticable.

An interesting advert for Midland Bank Limited with a picture of a vintage polo scene and a short paragraph about the sport and a mention of the first recorded polo match in England between the 9th Lancers & the 10th Hussars at Hounslow Heath in 1871.
