2. Authenticity. All lots sold through us,are guaranteed to be genuine. Any claim in this respect must be brought to the attention of ANTIQUE SPAIN COINS within 10 days of the auction date. The buyer loses all his rights on claims made later.The reason for non-acceptance must be given. Return of lots will not be accepted after the above-mentioned period of time.

3.All of the pieces on sell out of Spain, have been revised by the commission of experts of the Culture Ministries of Madrid and Barcelona.

4. The  lots  will  be  auctioned  in  their present condition. 

5. PROPERTY. Lots remain  the  property  of  ANTIQUE SPAIN COINS until full payment, including clearance of cheques and bills of exchange, has been received.

6. The mere participation in this Auction implies that the buyer acknowledges his acceptance of these Conditions and shall be bound by them.
7. Any legal proceedings concerning this Auction will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
