If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it in its original packaging with labels intact and unsoiled within 14 days for an exchange or credit note or refund. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you paid for your goods with. 

Lingerie without labels or that has been worn can not be returned. We don't accept returns on knickers or thongs for hygiene reasons. Should an item be returned that we do not offer returns/exchanges on this will be returned to the customer. 

It is important that you note that we must receive your item back in original perfect condition within 14 days. 

We will process your refund as soon as we receive your item back in perfect condition (excluding thongs and knickers - non returnable) 

PLEASE ENSURE that you provide transaction details with all returns as we can not trace returns without any covering information. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE that you send your item back safely via recorded post or obtain proof of posting (and keep in a safe place) so that you can make a claim for your items should they go missing.
