Our returns policy is simple, we will accept a return with 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated, provided the item is in the same condition as it was dispatched in. 

Some of our products carry longer guarantees, but this will be stated in the advert where applicable.

We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged after the customer has taken receipt of the item, or on items such as pet foods where the customer has used a large quantity of the product before deciding to return it, unless of course the product is obviously different from the listing description. Certain products of a personal nature which may be worn are also exempt from returns in some circumstances.

However, we always like to work closely with our customers and your happiness means we are getting it right. Our feedback speaks for itself, many customers have returned time after time.
