All our items are opened checked for faults and damages and then repackaged securely before shipping to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.  However, breakages do occasionally occur despite our best efforts.
If your purchased item does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that a full refund or replacement can be arranged. We may require the return of the item complete with all packaging therefore you should await our instructions in this respect.
If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item. Such returns must be complete in their original, undamaged packaging and in perfect, re-saleable condition.Shipping costs for itemes that are returned must be paid by the buyer.
