All items have gone through quality control to make sure zippers work properly, no tear or defects, before it is shipped out to you. It may have slight wrinkle if it's in the bag or smell like plastic as it's been sitting in the bag.

New item without tags mean it does not have attached paper tag. But ALL of them has fabric tag sewn on to them with the brand name. Please see listing for detail. New item with tag simply means there's attached paper tag on pin to the dress.

Clothing selected are tailored to flatter body with designer inspired designs, careful pick of materials for comfort and economic value so that it reflects high style fashion (couture) without costing you an arm and a leg! Most merchandise comes in limited quantities, once purchased, it may not be in stock, ever! However, in the event if you could not find sizes, colors or designs you are looking for, we may have the last piece not listed or back-ordered, please contact us with questions! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return item/s for a store credit or exchanges. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances. Item/s must be in original condition. Returns must be received within 7 days from delivery date with a copy of the receipt. Return address is on the receipt. Postage to return and exhange will be buyer's responsibility. Make sure to email us immediately through Ebay (only from Ebay please) before sending item/s back. Confirmation will be sent to you via email when we receive your returns. Bidding is not required when you're ready to use your credit or when making an exchange.
