Postage/Delivery

We charge a flat rate of £1.95 for all earring orders from the UK, so order as many pairs as you like for ONLY £1.95. Simply order the items you would like and we will send a combined invoice.



All orders are dispatched daily within a gift box ensuring safe transit and arrival. Our carrier is the Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same day via 1st class delivery. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.



Special delivery is also avaliable. If you are unable to accept the delivered package the carrier will leave you a calling card with further details of how to collect your order.



We are happy to ship to our international customers worldwide via Royal Mail. International Sign-For is also avaliable.

Payment

We request buyers to complete payment for their order within 7 days. If ordering multiple items a combined invoice will be sent ensuring a single payment is made for your order. We accept a variety of payment methods. We prefer eBays reccomended method of PayPal. We also accept cheques and postal orders. Further details will be avaliable at checkout when making payment by post.



If you are a customer outside the UK, please note we only accept PayPal as the method of payment.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. It is our priority to resolve any issues you may have. Buyers may return orders for a refund or exchange within 14 days if the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. All returns must be in original condition and boxed.



Due to UK & EU hygiene regulations all sales on earrings and intrusive body jewellery supplied as described are final and non refundable.
