Shipping & Handling
1. Worldwide: We ship worldwide by standard airmail which bear no trackable number.
2. Confirmed Address: We only ship to Buyer’s Confirmed Address.
3. Arrival Times: Generally 7-14 business days. However, it may take a longer time (at least a month) to arrive in certain countries such as Italy, Brazil, Central and South America, Greece, Russia, etc.
4. Registered Airmail Option: In order to reduce the lost of item during shipment, buyers are highly recommend to add USD2.00 (EURO1.50) per order on shipping for the Registered Airmail option.
5. Compulsory Registered Airmail Option: We will not ship the item to the following countries unless Registered Airmail option has been selected
- The Philippines, Indonesia, Italy, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Argentina, Poland and Russia.
6. Lost Packages: We will not be responsible for any lost package if it is not sent by Registered Airmail.
7. Damaged/Stolen Package: We will not be responsible for any damaged or stolen package during shipment.
8. Customs & Duties: We will not be responsible for any customs/duties/taxes imposed by the Buyer’s country.
9. Italian Buyers: Please note that Italy Customs has implemented revised procedures to tighten up the controls of goods imported into Italy from Non-European countries, all items sent to Italy may be subject to delay and customs duty.
10. Shipping Location: We may directly ship from our Asia branch if the item is no longer available in our UK headquarter. If you have any question concerning the item location, please contact us before placing your bid.
