You may return any goods purchased from our site subject to the following
terms & conditions:
1. The goods are faulty/damaged
Goods purchased, date purchased, your name & address, nature of
fault/damage. We will then e-mail you back confirming the address to send the
goods to. Once the goods are received, providing they are in excellent condition
(except for the fault/damage) you will receive a full refund.
If the goods are damaged by Royal Mail/Courier, (this will probably be
apparent because the outer packaging will probably be damaged), it may be
necessary to make a claim against the carrier. Whilst we may need your
assistance in claiming against the carrier, we will still guarantee to replace
your goods free of charge.
2. You decide that you do not want the goods
