When purchasing multiple items, please do not make payment until we have an opportunity to invoice you, to ensure any discounts and/or combined shipping are calculated properly for you.  The shipping calculator doesn't always combine properly and we don't want you to be over charged.  When you're all done shopping, just click on the "Request Total From Seller" button, and we will pack your purchases right away, get an exact weight, and issue you a combined invoice.

Shipment will be made no later than 24 hours upon payment clearing (usually within hours).  The only exceptions to this would be purchases paid for on Saturdays after 11:00 AM EST, Sundays, and holidays, in which case they will go out first thing in the morning, on the next available business day. 

We take great care and pride ourselves on how we package your items to ensure a safe journey!  Nothing but the best packing materials are used.

All our merchandise is handled as it would be at any upscale luxury boutique including tissue wrapping! (with the exception of larger items such as blankets)  Fragile items are also wrapped in bubble wrap and other appropriate packing materials to ensure a safe journey to their new home!

All packages are sent with delivery confirmation, and most are insured by a professional 3rd party shipping insurance provided by Shipsurance, who is underwritten by Lloyds Of London. 

We take 100% full responsibility to ensure your package arrives to you as it should! 

A little information about the "Track & Confirm" tool provided by the USPS:  According to USPS, this is not a true tracking tool and they are not required to scan all packages at each stop along the way.  This tool is only to show confirmation of when the package is actually delivered to it's final destination. 

Deliveries are made to the post office by us daily to ensure you receive your merchandise in a timely manner!  We believe if you pay for it, it's yours and we will do everything possible to get it to the post office as fast as we can!

You choose the service price and length of delivery time you would like!  We offer 2-3 options in every listing.   

We do not charge handling fees, and we do not believe in charging excess postage!  We only charge exactly what the USPS cost is to mail your package.
