Payment - We accept Paypal as means of payment. Please make payment within 3 working days. Non payment within 5 working days may result in the item being relisted and negative feedback being issued. Please note that for added security, if your ebay feedback is less than 5 and your address at PayPal is unverified, we reserve the right to make further security checks prior to dispatch. For items totalling over £ 10, we will accept payment by Postal Order. Please don' forget to allow extra time for it to arrive in the post.

P&P Charges - Our P&P charges include not only the postage, but also the packaging materials, labour cost and the trip to the post office which is 10 miles away! Please make sure you are happy with the charges prior to bidding. Sometimes we offer discounted P&P to customers purchasing more than one lot. A discounted invoice should automatically appear but if not we will send you a combined invoice showing all your purchases and the discounted P&P ASAP.

Dispatch - For items paid for by 12.30pm, we usually endeavour to dispatch within one working day. Sorry sometimes we are unable to post on Mondays. Also we do NOT offer a collection facility.

Postal issues - we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to postal problems. We will provide proof of postage, and tracking numbers on request, but please choose the postal insurance (included FREE up to a value of £ 250 with Royal Mail Special Delivery) to cover the item in the event of its loss (for values over £ 34). When we provide a tracking number, (except in very exception circumstances), it is your responsibility to liaise with the carrier to arrange/re-arrange attempted deliveries.

Returns Policy - All our products are new. We only accept returns under the distance selling rules provided by eBay.

Feedback - We hope you are happy with your purchase and will give us positive feedback. Upon receipt of Feedback we will automatically return the compliment. Please note that we do not issue Feedback until received ~ because some buyer are Trade and do not wish to show their supplier. In the unlikely event that you do have a genuine problem with your purchase please email us before leaving negative feedback and we will resolve the situation.
