  Handling / delivery times

 As you are probably already aware from our reputation in this field 99% of our items are hand made directly bespoke to order and as such have a domestic handling period attached to them which differs depending on what item it is but as a rule we normally ship all items within a period of one week from the date of order and many within a couple of days  but if in doubt or in a rush for an item please check first!   

 Overseas buyer information

The following information is for ALL overseas buyers!

If you are buying this item with the view to it being shipped abroad / non UK Please do not guess what the postage is going to be and fill in the invoice yourself but wait  until we send you an invoice showing you the correct postage for your country and the weight of the item which will save much hassle later on and also make sure that your item reaches you

Please also note that ALL items either within the UK or non UK are ALL sent by recorded delivery which makes it a safe market place for sellers and buyers alike.  

 Items returned here by the Royal Mail

Any items returned here by Royal Mail which have not been picked up by the buyer from their respective local Mail depot (tracking will show this or not) means that the buyer will at all times be responsible for the re postage costs to get the item to them! Any arguments over whether the buyer was left a while you were out card or not is between the buyer and royal mail !

So simply , if you bought it go and pick it up !!!

 Items not being what the buyer expected.

Should any buyer find that when their item arrives it is damaged in transit or isn’t what they expected please please I beg you do not get into the childish negative feedback malarkey but simply act like an adult and use dialogue, we do not argue the point with good customers and will replace anything that is lost, damaged or otherwise without the usual threats that some seem to see as the way forward these days on E bay with seller accounts all over the site littered with easily avoidable negatives had the buyers simply used dialogue first, we don’t do rudeness and don’t expect rudeness so act with honour and use respect and simply talk to us and  things get solved so much quicker
