not a whisper of rubbing is found on the usually expected cover extremities, having been well protected by the dust jacket after half a century of dreary wind tossed coldish wet dismal Philadelphia / New Jersey autumns -- tight binding, immaculate inside, gold embossing bright and shiny -- there is only a teensy weeny tear on the upper left top edge of the dust jacket spine, repaired from the inside, nothing to write home about. This awesome book is a MUST HAVE for your personal Christian / religion library -- or as a gift for a Christian friend / your Church library
