On the extremely rare occaision when this is ever needed. Returns accepted within 14 days of postage if item not working or as stated on auction or shop site and returned in good condition. A full refund will be sent including initial postage, but not return postage, this will be at buyers expense. Refund made after goods received by seller. A receipt that goods have been posted is required in case of non delivery. Slight variations in colour will not be accepted as a reason due to camera and lighting not always  being completely true. If unsure of any item, questions should be asked before purchase to ensure there will be no problem at a later date due to misunderstanding. All items are sold in good faith and honesty.
