How do you order the perfect cloak? Don't be fooled by cloak vendor photos. eBay is notorious for not getting what you see in the photo. Most of the cloaks offered on other sites show 60 to 62 inches cloaks using short mannequins. Remember, most people are not 5 feet tall, so don't expect your cloak to flow gloriously across the floor if you do not purchase the proper fitting cloak. Getting the right length cloak that fits your body size and your expectations is half the battle in getting that sensational look. I've developed my VonLancelot Cloak Sizing Guide so that my customers can get the perfect fit when buying a cloak from me.

How do you use my chart? Simply measure from the back of your neck to the floor and your overall height. After taking these measurements accurately find the corresponding VonLancelot size in the top row. This will give you a custom fit that just touches the ground. If you want your cloak to slide across the floor with a slight trail, I recommend that you buy one size larger. Buy, two sizes larger if you want that magnificent flowing effect.

I take my cloak designing very seriously - manufacturing and packaging are no exception either. Your custom cloak is brand new and will be made by one of my highly skill fancy couture seamstresses.

Your cloak will be made in my personal factory overseas in order to bring you the highest assortment of fabrics, widest selection of colors, and the very best buy in costume couture. I assure you that I am supervising each step of my manufacturing from a design table located in the center of my factory production floor. I do not buy my apparel from distributors, nor do I sub-contract my manufacturing to others. Everything I design is made head to toe in my personal factory overseas and shipped direct to you from one of my Distribution Centers.

Each week shipments make their way to my Distribution Centers, where they are shipped to my customers as quickly as possible. Again, I assure you that we are doing everything in our power to bring you a beautiful garment, at exceptional pricing, in the fastest shipping time possible.

Your costume comes folded neatly inside a crystal clear protective bag and carefully packaged inside a USPS Priority Mail Box. Although at times it may arrive with wrinkles due to packaging, if you hang your garment in a steamy bathroom overnight it will look great the next morning. Or, even a quick delicate tumble in your clothes dryer at very low heat will bring it back to life in minutes. I do not ship my apparel inside paper or plastic envelopes, you will always receive your garment inside a sturdy USPS box.

Every country has different laws regarding whether or not the government will charge you Customs Duties when you import goods into your country. These are not additional fees that I charge you, these are import taxes that your own government is charging you, and unfortunately, I am not in control of that. These fees are known as Customs Fees or Importation Fees and are not included in your purchase price. Please do not leave me poor feedback ratings for reasons that I have no control over. I try to describe each costume I sell as accurately and completely as possible. I also take my own pictures using a professional Canon SLR 400D with full 400 watt studio lighting. I do not modify my costume photos in Photoshop. I shoot in what is called "raw format", and you see the real thing.

However, mistakes are made at times in verbiage and adjectives used to describe Items such as thickness, textures, colors, etc. These descriptions are subjective and exact definitions are relative to one's own personal experiences. Therefore, I try my best to describe all my garments in the most accurate way, yet also may use colorful language that could mean something to me that might have a different meaning to you.
