Postage/Delivery

At Banana Boutique we offer Free Shipping on all UK orders. No additional charge is added for multiple purchases. Simply order the item(s) you would like and proceed to checkout where you will recieve a single invoice where postage will be free.



All orders are dispatched daily packaged securely ensuring safe arrival. Our carrier is the Royal Mail. We dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same day via 1st class delivery. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days so you may receive as early as the day after placing the order.



Special delivery is also available at checkout. A signature will be required on delivery, If you are unable to accept the delivered package then your order will be returned to your local Royal Mail post office. The carrier will leave a calling card with further details of how to collect your order or arrange redelivery.



We are happy to ship to our international customers worldwide. Royal Mail International packets is used for this service and priced very competitively. International Sign-For is also available at checkout if you require tracking details.

Payment

We request buyers complete payment for their order within 7 days. If ordering multiple items a combined invoice will be available once you proceed to checkout. 



We accept a variety of payment methods at checkout. We prefer eBay’s recommended method of PayPal. Payment can also be made using all major credit/debit cards (except American Express) at the Banana Boutique checkout with no additional fees. 



We also accept cheques and postal orders from UK customers only. Further details will be available at checkout when making payment by post.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. It is our priority to resolve any issues you may have. Buyers may return orders for a full refund or free exchange within 14 days if they are unsuitable for any reason. 



All returns must be in original condition and boxed. Please complete the returns form on the back of your invoice and include within the package, once received we will contact you and act upon your request for a refund or exchange.
